Heal ye! Heal ye! Supplemental post!

It’s that time of year again. Yes, cold and flu season is upon us and we are wondering what to do about avoiding these viruses again. Well, in addition to doing whatever vaccine-du-jour, you should consider boosting your immune system with supplements.
